Bloor Homes is bringing forward plans for new homes at Arderne Home Farm, off Eaton Road, Tarporley. Our vision is landscape-first, placing public open space, and improved pedestrian access at the heart of the community. We aim to deliver around 140 high-quality, energy-efficient homes designed as a natural extension to the village.
The development will contribute to meeting that need, including 30% affordable housing to support young people, families, and older residents who wish to stay in Tarporley. We also plan to bring new integrated walking and cycling routes to the site, with links to key amenities and transport.
Our proposals will bring forward at least a 10% biodiversity net gain on site as well as new children’s play facilities and public open space.
We are currently refining a masterplan for the site and would like to hear your views before we submit an outline planning application to Cheshire West and Chester Council later this year.
Our draft masterplan for the site is shown here.
